Placing Your Ad and Video Rules

  1. Business Advertisements are not permitted - Non-Commercial / private party sellers can advertise unique one of a kind items.               
  2. Auctions not permitted - No auctioning or including links to auction sites in the description.
  3. Pictures in Ad must be same item being sold - Pictures that show people will not be allowed
  4. Shopping lists are not permitted - The selling of more that one item with more than one price in one ad is not allowed
  5. Seller must be the owner of item being sold - The seller may be asked to produce proof of ownership
  6. Sellers must not display offensive, derogatory or obscene words or phrases - Use common sense and be neighborly
  7. Be thorough - Proof your ad before submitting, review and make sure you have listed everything correctly.  Including: spelling, wording, pricing, and contact information.
  8. No reuse of ads unless your item has not been sold and you would like to re-list - Once your item has been sold, sellers will need to remove their ad from the website
  9. Registered sellers created ad accounts must have ACCURATE information - All required fields must be completed - Full name not initials must be entered - Must provide your accurate physical address
  10. Only the registered person on the account will have access to make changes and or verify the account
  11. IMPORTANT: It may take up to 48 hours to review single item ads before they appear on the website although most ads go online MUCH sooner.    

 

Sell It All Video Agreement

  1. Your must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Your submitted video must not be longer than 30 seconds in length. 
  3. All licensed vehicles submitted videos should cover their license plates for your own security.
  4. To upload your Sell It all Video you must first sign in and register with Sell It All Video and upload your video and agree to our terms and conditions.
  5. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you give Sell It All Video, the perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, transmit, modify and otherwise make use of your video in any and all media for any purpose.
  6. You also acknowledge that you are not infringing on rights of any intellectual property owner and that any identifiable person who appears in your video has provided express written consent to appear and pass along all rights for usage of their name and likeness for whatever use of your video Sell It All Video or sees fit.
  7. You also hold Sell It All Video and harmless from any claims of any nature arising in connection with the video you submitted.
